• Yearly visit to review health maintenance, and preventive medicine including heart disease and cancer screening, pap and pelvic exams for females, prostate exams for males, and immunization updating.

• Regular visits for managing chronic medical problems including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, depression, asthma, allergies and many more.

• Joint injections

• Sick visits

• Pre-operative visits

• ER and Hospital follow-up

• Urgent visits for infections (ie. upper respiratory, urinary tract), low back pain, sprains and strains, headache will attempt to be scheduled the same day or within 24 hours.

• Video and telephone visits when appropriate, for patients who are unable to be seen during quarantine 

• E-visits through Henry Ford MyChart for simple medical visits

• We round at the following nursing homes: Heartland of SH, Medilodge of Shoreline, Lakeside Manor, Windemere Park in Warren

• We see our patients at the following independent and assisted living: Rose Senior Living – Clinton Township and Novi, Vista Springs Washington, Villa Bella of Clinton, Meadows Assisted Living Mount Clemens, American House Clinton Township, Pine Ridge of Hayes.
